Where the sagebrush grows is a website that covers the various majors and minors at Utah State University. USU is made up of eight colleges that offer a total of 199 undergraduate and 142 graduate degrees. With so many options it's difficult to choose what to study. In each post, journalist Aubrie Waldron will cover these different fields of study to help Aggies be more informed on their academic options.

As a student at Utah State University, Aubrie Waldron has changed her major four times in the three years she has been enrolled. Waldron began job shadowing at age 16 and has explored careers ranging from human development to water and soil conservation. Originally from Idaho, she plans to graduate with a bachelor's in secondary education teaching English.
